About Tara

I guide mindfulness practices to help others reconnect with themselves and find balance in this busy world. Over a decade of learning with my compassion-based awareness therapist at the Center for Mindful Relationships deeply changed how I understand awareness, connecting me with my true self in ways I never imagined possible.

My motivation to uncover my true nature began when I faced significant health challenges, starting in elementary school. I was first introduced to meditation in college, and at 20, I discovered traditional hot hatha yoga, which became my primary tool for practicing meditation. Over time, I learned to turn inward and listen deeply to my body’s messages, a process that led to profound healing and self-actualization.

In my meditations, I provide a supportive space to navigate overwhelm and rediscover what it means to be fully human. While I offer minimal guidance, the tools I share are practical and impactful, helping everyone deepen their mindfulness practice.

Beyond this work, I run a mindful hostel near the beach, full of plants, where guests can unwind and reconnect with themselves. I’m also passionate about thoughtful marketing strategies that center people and the planet, creating solutions that align with meaningful values.

About Steve

I’m dedicated to helping others find clarity and balance through intentional living. My journey began with a deep longing to quiet the restless energy and "monkey mind" that so many of us experience, which led me to explore transformative practices like mindfulness and meditation.

I’ve drawn inspiration from spiritual teachers such as Eckhart Tolle, Chögyam Trungpa, Ramana Maharshi, and Alan Watts, cultivating a holistic approach to well-being. By integrating insights from yoga, depth psychology, and world philosophy, I aim to highlight the interconnectedness of body, mind, and spirit.

In my meditation circles, I create welcoming, non-hierarchical spaces where participants can pause, breathe, and reconnect with their inner selves. My sessions focus on fostering self-reliance, emotional balance, and mindful decision-making. I strive to provide practical tools for grounding, leaving participants with a renewed sense of optimism.

I believe that stillness and balance are within reach for anyone willing to take the first step. By coming together in practice, we can cultivate peace and contribute to a more compassionate world.
