Join us for a weekly meditation circle led by Tara Smith with support from Steve Orsolini.
We practice mindfulness meditation, a simple yet powerful way to develop awareness of the present moment. This isn’t about emptying your mind but about observing thoughts and sensations without getting caught up in them. With regular practice, mindfulness can ease stress, anxiety, and loneliness while helping you feel more at home in your own mind.
This is an inclusive space, open to all identities and backgrounds.
We provide chairs and floor pillows, but you’re welcome to bring a yoga mat or your favorite cushion for added comfort.

This is a fragrance-free event. Don’t use perfume, cologne, or scented products before coming.
Park on the street. Don’t use the People’s Co-op parking lot, as per their policy for events. You may need to arrive 15 minutes early to find parking and walk to the location.
