Join us for community mindfulness practice led by Tara Smith and Steve Orsolini.
Meditation can be practiced by anyone - it’s not about emptying your mind. It's a chance to reconnect with yourself and the present moment, which will relieve stress, anxiety, and loneliness.
We provide chairs and floor pillows, but you’re welcome to bring a yoga mat or your favorite cushion for added comfort.
